Qualities of Great Music Theory Worksheets

The importance of using music theory worksheets can’t be stressed enough. Children love music when they are taking part - singing or learning to play an instrument. Their eyes roll when you mention that they have to learn some theory too, to see how music is written, how to interpret the written sheets and the importance of learning to read music as the composer intended it to be played.

Individual music theory worksheets need to concentrate in one topic only, and not contain extra information that the student does not need to know at this stage.
